Returns + Exchanges

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using 1-3 day Priority mail for domestic orders and 6-10 day International Prioritymail for the rest of the world. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Because our rings are made to order, MR O.K gladly accepts exchanges of unworn items, however if needed, we do accept returns but will charge a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us before you order and we'll help guide you on the right ring size, style, metal, polish and width.

If you would still like to make an exchange you will have 7 days to email hello@mrok.co with your request. Once your exchange is processed we will contact you via email with a store credit code. If you are in need of a full refund, we will charge a 15% fee upon return.

International customers are responsible for return shipping. We are not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale.
